Getting Started
For the application process you will need to provide
- Two forms of ID from the following list (one of which must include a photo)
- 18+ Card
- Driver’s Licence
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Credit/EFTPOS card
- Access to internet banking or 3 months of bank transaction history (showing your income and expenses
- Three recent pay slips from current work place or proof of income
- Proof of address/tenancy agreement

Currently loans are being processed
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm
Online applications accepted 24/7
Outside these hours your loan will not be processed until the next business day, but we will try our best to get in touch as soon as we can
